EMPLOYMENT AND CLIENTS

2023-Present Community Manager for Big Look, partner to Artform Dunmore East School of Art.

2019-2023 Committed to inclusive art education; freelance facilitating art workshops and undertaking multiple socially-engaged murals, talks and tours projects a year in varied settings.

Facilitating art workshops with attendees of all ages and abilities. Clients include Creative Ireland, Creative Waterford and Waterford Cruinniú na nÓg festival, Gallery of Modern Art Waterford, Waterford Gallery of Art, Waterford Area Vocational Enterprise Training (a rehabilitation centre), Waterford Walls, Imagine Festival, Youthreach and three Waterford secondary schools.

Undertaking multiple commercial and socially-engaged mural projects a year, often filmed for televised live painting and interviews. Notable clients include An Post, RTÉ, TG4, Cruinniú na nÓg, University Hospital Waterford, Waterford Department of Psychiatry, Waterford Walls, the artist Spicebag.exe, two Waterford secondary schools and one Waterford primary school.

Assisting on ‘Murals for Communities’ Creative Europe in 2019, Waterford Walls since 2015 and decoration of New Street Gardens in 2014. Project apprentice to many artists such as Steve Kemp, Sonny Sundancer and many more.

Presenting informative walking tours and talks for the following clients: South East Technological University, Waterford Walls, multiple Waterford schools, Signal Arts Centre Bray, Waterford Libraries, Waterford Gallery of Art. Collaboration with Una Sealy (RHA).

EDUCATION

Thesis title: 'Exploring the methodology of Post-Internet artists utilising technology to appropriate and archive the social fabric of ‘Poor Image’ digital ephemera.' (1:1)

2024 Solo show: ‘Biblical Milf’, a painting and film installation in Daylight Glasnevin, as well as Lucky’s, Meath Street in Dublin.

2024 Curator and exhibiting artist: ‘Panacea’ Contemporary painting pop-up in Waterford Gallery of Art.

2023 BA (Hons) Visual Art Degree Show 2023 exhibition entitled 'My Teeth Hurt, My Hands, Hurt My Feet Hurt', firstly presented in South East Technological University, Waterford.

2022 A short documentary film Artists in Focus with Waterford Gallery of Art: Una Sealy. Shot by Rhys Wallace and shown in Waterford Gallery of Art,
Sealy was recipient of the phase 2 Office of Public Works Waterford Portrait Commission Award for her artwork featuring myself. The work featured in the annual RHA Summer Exhibition 2022, and is now housed in Waterford’s Municipal Art Collection within Waterford Gallery of Art.

2022 An Post release four 'Urban Art' stamps, in which my mural of Jack Charlton (with Niall O'Lochlainn's lettering) was immortalised as an Irish stamp, alongside works by Aches, Joe Caslin and Holly Perreira.

2022 Modern & Contemporary Art – Herman’s Auctioneers, 10 Wicklow Street, Dublin.

2014-2022 Waterford Walls Street Art Festival mural artist; creating a mural in the open-air exhibition around Waterford City every year.

2020, 2018, 2017 Hit The North Street Art Festival mural artist, painting a mural within Belfast City Centre each year.

Commissioned painting of mine inducted into Waterford's permanent Municipal Collection in September.

2023 GOMA SETU Graduate Awardee Residency.

2022 Creative Waterford/Creative Ireland awarded grant, funding free mixed-media workshops for teenagers and children in August 2022.
